InterAct was wrapping up. After years of big thinking, bold projects and human-first research, it was time to celebrate everything the programme had achieved.
But this wasn’t just a pat on the back – they wanted a video that would capture the energy of the final event and preserve the insights of the people behind the work.
That meant creating an exciting 3-minute highlights video, while also filming a whopping 30 stakeholder interviews in one day. Not exactly a small job – but right up our street!
We turned up with a 3-person crew and a solid game plan. One camera operator focused on the event itself – the talks, the chats, the behind-the-scenes moments. Meanwhile, our other two crew members set up a dedicated interview space and ran a tight schedule of back-to-back recordings.
We used a two-camera setup for smooth edits and kept the tone relaxed and natural. By the end of the day, we’d shot around four hours of raw footage across the whole event.
Then came the edit: one slick, 3-minute highlights video to celebrate InterAct’s story, and 30 individual interview films – totalling over two and a half hours of finished content.
The final highlights video captured the energy, ambition and human heart of InterAct, and was used to celebrate the programme’s legacy in style.
The stakeholder interviews now live on InterAct’s website as a powerful resource for anyone interested in the future of manufacturing, technology and society.
