Century 21 is one of the largest estate agency franchises businesses in the world, with branches operating in over 70 countries. Through Boxset Media’s extensive work in producing real estate corporate videos for businesses such as SDL Auctions and Peveril Homes, Century 21 approached us to produce an explainer video aimed at attracting new franchisees.
This bright, punchy explainer video was scripted in house by our BBC trained scriptwriter and designed around the vivid ‘gold’ colour scheme of the brand.
As well as a full length explainer video, we produced several shorter edits for use exclusively on social media. These 30 second mini-edits were short, snappy and sharable, demonstrating the key benefits of becoming a Century 21 UK franchisee!
The final edit was used on the Century 21 website and across social media, resulting in several new happy franchisees joining the Century 21 family!
