Impero Software is a big name in classroom management software. Their software is already packed with features and works on loads of platforms, but they needed a video to show off their new support for Chromebooks.
Instead of a standard old explainer video, we decided to mix things up and show Chromebooks in action around a school.
We built a custom camera rig to attach a Chromebook. This meant that it remained fixed in the same position from the camera lens wherever we filmed. This nifty setup allowed us to seamlessly edit between shots, making the video smooth and dynamic.
Using our editing magic, we ‘digitally removed’ the camera rig from each shot and added animations and graphics onto the Chromebook screen. This approach not only showcased the software’s features but also made the video super engaging and fun to watch (and fun to make!)
The video was a big hit! It helped customers get a clear picture of how the software works with Chromebooks and why it’s such a great addition. Teachers and students could see exactly how practical and handy Chromebooks are in a school setting and it was another of several hugely successful Impero projects to add to our roster!
Hiring Mick to produce our film was a great decision, and a decision that will obviously lead to us hiring him many more times because the results are absolutely fantastic.
