Century 21 approached Boxset Media to produce a short film honouring their franchisees as part of their 50th-anniversary celebrations.
The challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic at the time meant that travel was not safe, so the only option was to rely on the franchisees themselves to capture their own footage for use in the video!
To help them through this, we set up a dedicated support web page consisting of concise step-by-step instructions on how to be a DIY-cinematographer! Simple tips on lighting, sound and a list of vox pop questions were provided to give the franchisees the best support from a distance, as well as a dedicated support contact.
The end result was a huge success. There was huge uptake from franchisees to be a part of the video, a testament to the easy-to-follow video marketing support.
